'In starting I was so lazy at coming to the gym. I was coming barely 2 or 3 days a week. And before it was also hard to manage my regular schedule with dieting. But after a few times, it was managed. I have never taken any supplements. My weight was 80 kg then I cut it off to 64 kg with FTG. . I am Meghna Ahuja, 21 & I\'m a fashion designer. And I have worked out in Vasna branch of FTG since last 1 year. I was into weight loss. . I\'m also attached with Zumba and kickboxing classes here at FTG. Those are very light and easy going workouts. It is something new which keeps me delighted. . Suddenly I noticed that my old clothes are so big for me now, as I\'m getting fit day by day. My transformation made me more confident than before and it improved my body posture a lot. My old morning schedule was so irregular but now I am habituated to new healthy habits. . After a certain time, I had lost my motivation totally. But suddenly I checked my decreased inches and got self-motivated again. Now my next fitness goals are getting a perfect physique and a good body shape. . Your body is the only thing which will never leave you.
